LODA Administration Transitions to VRS, DHRM July 1 2017

 

Effective July 1, 2017, the Line of Duty Act (LODA) will transition from the Department of Accounts to the Virginia Retirement System (VRS) and the Department of Human Resource Management (DHRM):

  • VRS will make LODA eligibility determinations. Visit www.valoda.org to find the new claims form and to learn more about the claims process and eligibility.
  • DHRM will administer the LODA Health Benefits Plans. For information on health benefits, go to the DHRM LODA Health Benefits Plans webpage.
